The customer has the right to cancel the contract within two weeks without giving any reasons in written form (f.e. letter, fax, email) or due to sending back the goods. This period starts with receiving this instruction. To preserve this revocation period it is necessary to send the revocation or the goods back in time.

Consequences of cancellation:
If the cancellation is effectively, both partners – company and customer – have to refund what they have bought/sold. If the customer is not able to refund the products or they are in bad condition, he/she has to pay the difference to gain the full value. This does not apply when the degradation of the products comes as a result of testing the products.
If the customer wants to return the ordered goods and if the price is less than 40€, then the costs of returning the goods have to be paid by the customer. This also applies if the value of the goods is more than 40€ and if the customer has not yet paid at the time of returning the goods. In all other cases the returning of the goods is for free. Goods which can not be sent in a package will be picked up by the company.
If a customer orders products with individual requirements it is not possible to make a cancellation.
There is no right of revocation for the delivery of goods that have been manufactured according to customer's requirements. Furthermore, private companies and public organisations do not have the right of revocation (acc. to German law § 14 BGB).
